Launched in 2003 due to demand from mixologists, Westbourne Strength has won multiple prestigious awards including world's best Gin and best contemporary style Gin. As with all Martin Miller's Gin's, Westbourne uses traditional techniques, taking only the heart of the spirits, and employs two seperate distillations. This results in a Gin with a perfect balance of Juniper and brighter citrus notes. It is then bottled to strength using Icelandic spring water.
Distilled in England, Westbourne Strength is handcrafted in small batches. Like all Martin Miller’s gins, only the ‘classic’ palette of botanicals are used. These include juniper, along with angelica, orris root, nutmeg and cassia. It is the peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg along with a higher strength which gives Westbourne Strength its spicier taste.tasting notesWestbourne Strength is bright and soft, and has attractive, complex aromas of pepper and cassia.
